About us
Normalising squirting through education, storytelling, and sex-positive dialogue — with women’s voices at the heart
Our Story
SQ Academy is a collaboration between Aaldrik (he/him) and Lizz (she/her) — two people deeply curious about what becomes possible when we explore the body, desire, and sexuality without shame or judgment.
With lived experience from different perspectives, they each bring their own lens to the topic of squirting — combining embodied insight, open dialogue, and deep listening in conversation with people with vulvas about this intimate and often misunderstood phenomenon.
Our focus is on squirting and female ejaculation — subjects that are frequently mystified or misunderstood, but rarely explored with nuance, honesty, or care. We want to change that.
We want to give women a voice to openly discuss taboo topics like squirting

Our perspectives
Why we want to create this platform
Squirting and female ejaculation are still surrounded by mystery, shame, fetishization — or silence. We rarely see it discussed with honesty, nuance, or curiosity, especially outside of porn or clinical language. And when it is mentioned, the conversation often stays at the surface: Does it exist? What is it? How do you make it happen?
But there’s so much more underneath.
We believe squirting can be a doorway — into embodiment, release, vulnerability, and pleasure on your own terms. We also know it can bring up shame, confusion, or fear, especially in cultures where the body is tightly policed or misunderstood.
That’s why we created SQ Academy: to build a platform where people with vulvas feel safe, seen, and supported in talking about this topic, in the hope that others feel inspired to explore and understand it on a deeper level.
Aaldrik's perspective
As a man, I’ve experienced squirting only from the outside — through moments of intimacy, curiosity, surprise, and emotional connection. What struck me wasn’t the visual or physical aspect, but the vulnerability, release, and trust it often seemed to carry.
Over time, I realized how much mystery, shame, and misinformation surrounds it — and how few spaces exist to talk about it with nuance and care. That’s why I wanted to help build that space. Not to speak for anyone, but to hold space, learn, and listen and be the people who squirt let share their stories.
And as a man, I’m aware that co-creating a platform on a topic like squirting can raise questions — and I think that’s healthy.
My hope is that by being transparent about who I am and why I care, I might help shift something — even if just a little. Maybe it’s okay for men to be in these conversations too, not as experts or authorities, but as listeners, space-holders, and collaborators.
