Thank you for using SQ Academy! SQ Academy is created by Osmosis Media (“we”). These Terms of Use (“TOS”) apply to your use of SQ Academy online at thesqacademy.com and on mobile devices (collectively, “SQ Academy”).

These TOS represent a binding contract between you and Osmosis Media, and by creating an account or otherwise accessing SQ Academy, you expressly agree to be bound by them. The TOS incorporate the provisions of the Privacy Policy, so please review them carefully as well. If you do not agree to be bound by the TOS, you may not use or purchase SQ Academy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SQ Academy. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate. Sq Academy provides educational content. The information on this platform is intended for general informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

3. Account and email registration

SQ Academy offers videos, images, graphics and text to be used by responsible adults with the main goal of providing inspiration and valuable insights they can use in their sexual life. By creating an account, we ask for certain information, including an email address where we can reach you.

4. Account Registration

To access certain content, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these TOS.

5. Use of Content

All content, including videos, articles, blogs, and other materials, is for personal and educational use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Also editing of the images, texts, videos and graphics is strictly prohibited.

7. Purchases & Payments

SQ Academy offers paid content. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment system. We do not provide a subscription model, so all purchases are one-time payments. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds and cancellations are not available once access is granted. Please review all details before purchasing. We do not provide a trial for 14 days, unless there is a specific agreement between SQ Academy and the user. This also applies to discounts and accounts with free access.

8. Changes to Content & Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue content, features, or services at any time. We reserve the right to make adjustments, improvements, or modifications without prior notice, but significant changes we try to communicate as soon as possible. Joining the waitlist indicates interest but does not guarantee specific product features, nor does it constitute a purchase commitment.

9. Disclaimer

SQ Academy is a continuously evolving platform. Content may be updated or changed as production progresses. Joining the waitlist or purchasing early access does not guarantee specific content, features, or timelines.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is the property of Sq Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission from Sq Academy.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

SQ Academy may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external platforms.

13. Account Sharing & Unauthorized Use

Your SQ Academy account is personal and may not be shared with others. Any unauthorized access, sharing, or resale of your account may result in account suspension or termination. SQ Academy reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraud or misuse.

14. Your License to Use SQ Academy

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use SQ Academy for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use. This license remains valid as long as you comply with these terms and applicable laws. If your account is terminated, your license to use SQ Academy will be revoked. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these terms.
